Santa Cruz born woman proudly marks National Rebel Day

Santa Cruz del Sur. – “For me, it is something very important”, said Maidelín Hernández Aguilera, President of Haití Popular Council, referring to the condition achieved by that community in the current emulation for the rebel day. “This was a very affected area by the hurricanes, and with the support of all the people we have been able to recover and obtain positive results”, said the young lady.

Maidelín also referred to the work done by the staff of the National Institute of Sports and Recreation(INDER), who developed a range of activities in the communities, and also reaffirmed the commitment of declaring all districts in 26 before next month.

So far, only four districts have not achieved that goal yet, which ratifies the hard work done by the entities, organizations, and citizens from this Popular Council, who will mark tomorrow the National Rebel Day. (Yanayma Rodríguez Molina / Radio Santa Cruz)
