Havana, Jun 24. -Brazilian singer Simone will arrive in Cuba Friday to offer a unique concert on Sunday at Havana''s Karl Marx Theater, but no other details have been made public.
Simone, one of the most popular Brazilian singers, will have an audience of more than 5,000 spectators, followers of her career.
SimoneÂ�s relationship with Cuba began in the 1980s, when she recorded six times the song "Yolanda" with Pablo Milanes.
Born in December 1949, Simone has an outstanding recording career since her debut at age 23. She has more than 7.2 million albums sold and her repertoire includes songs for more than twenty novels and films. (Prensa Latina)
