Chavez Holds Talks with Fidel and Raul Castro in Havana
Caracas, Mar 3. – The historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro and Cuba''s President Raul Castro visited on Friday the President of Venezula, Hugo Chavez, who is recovering from surgery in Havana.
Minister of Communication and Information of Venezuela, Andres Izarra, released this information here in his Twitter account.
The photos, published immediately by Venezolana de Television, show Chavez talking with Fidel Castro during a meeting that lasted two hours, which was also attended by Raul Castro, who joined later, according to Izarra.
Other photos show Chavez walking happy, accompanied by Minister of Science and Technology, Jorge Arreaza, doctors and nurses.
Izarra said in his Twitter account that during the conversation with Fidel and Raul Castro, Chavez phoned the president of Brazil, Dilma Roussef, who advised him to follow his treatment exactly to fully recover.
"Dilma expressed satisfaction for the speedy recovery of Chavez and sent greetings from Lula," said Izarra.
Chavez thanked Roussef for her concern for his health, which filled him with "strength and joy", and both agreed to maintain constant communication, said Izarra finally.(Prensa Latina)
