Belarus, Cuba Discuss Bilateral Cooperation Minsk, Feb 22. – Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez meets with Belarusian Foreign Minister Serguei Martinov, President Alexander Lukashenko and other officials on Tuesday to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation.

Rodriguez' agenda also includes laying a wreath at Victory Monument in the square of the same name, and holding talks with Martinov in private and at the level of delegations.

Also on the list is meeting with Lukashenko, and the chairman of the House of Representatives of the Federal Assembly of Belarus, Vladimir Andreichenko, to debate inter-parliamentary links.

Rodriguez will also visit the National Library.

Both countries see prospects for collaboration in modernizing the Belarusian machinery in Cuba.

In October, a multidisciplinary delegation led by Cuban Deputy Minister for Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Oscar Perez-Oliva visited Ukraine, Belarus and Azerbaijan.(Prensa Latina)
