Havana, Sept 28. -The evidence and testimony that appear in Part I of the documentary "The Path of Terror" prove that Cuba has reasons to defend itself.
Such reasons will exist as long as the double standards of the fight against terrorism remain, affirmed Lt. Colonel Roberto Hernandez of the Department of State Security of the Ministry of the Interior.
The 35-minute documentary recalls events such as the escalation of terrorist attacks during the 1990âÖs, headed by international terrorist Francisco Chavez Abarca following the orders of the criminal Luis Posada Carriles.
Hernandez highlights the mission carried out by five Cubans who had infiltrated terrorist organizations based in Florida to warn about plans for violent attacks against the Island.
Part I of "The Path of Terror" was broadcast on Monday on Cuban television, and Part II will be shown on Tuesday. (Prensa Latina)
