Cuban VP Esteban Lazo Attends Inauguration of New Dominican President

Havana, Cuba, Aug 15.- Cuban Vice-president Esteban Lazo is heading the island’s delegation to the swearing-in ceremony for Danilo Medina Sanchez, president-elect of the Dominican Republic.

According to Granma newspaper, activities related to the inauguration ceremony will take place Wednesday and Thursday in the capital Santo Domingo.

The Cuban delegation is also made up of deputy foreign minister Dagoberto Rodriguez. (Radio Cadena Agramonte )
