Argentinean Former Oppressor Related to Terrorism Case in Bolivia

La Paz, Dec 29. -Actions and nexus of the former Argentinean oppressor Luis Enrique Baraldini during his stay in Bolivia is related with the investigation of the Terrorism II case, said Government Minister Wilfredo Chavez.He explained that the government has information from intelligence service about the Baldini's links and activities in the country. There are open investigations on the case and it is not the only one, he said.

Chavez respond to complaints realized by Argentine authorities that informed the police former colonel was allied with right-wing groups in this nation to overthrow and assassinate President Evo Morales, in 2009, and divide the country.

The minister also said that the arrest of Baldini is not a political issue as right-wing opponents are trying to demonstrate.

Immigration procedures were met, and he was expelled of the country, because he was an illegal,the official added.

Chavez also explained that there was an international order of arrest against the accused for crimes against humanity, committed during the dictatorship in Argentina. It was executed this type of criminal prosecution, for help, police and judicial cooperation. (Prensa Latina)
