Zelaya and Raul Castro Talk in Havana  Havana, May 15. -Cuban President Raul Castro talked in Havana with the deposed head of state of Honduras Manuel Zelaya who is visiting the Island, highlight on Saturday an official press release.

The press handout accompanied with a photo showing Zelaya and Raul Castro speaking amiably underlines that the meeting took place last night and was also attended by Cuba's Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez y Zelaya's daughter Xiomara Hortensia Zelaya.

During a military coup on June 28, 2009, the Honduran democratically elected president was abducted by masked troops and forcedly flown out to neighboring Costa Rica. Later on, in September he returned to Tegucigalpa amidst a growing social demand for his restitution and was housed by the Brazilian Embassy.
