CDR in Southern Camaguey, new goals for 2012

Tasks like the consolidation and reordering from the base up to the local level are part of the working plan of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), in Santa Cruz del Sur for the next year. This was reported by Alexei Mejías Monteagudo, coordinator of the largest mass organization of the country in this southern region. The directive ratified the will of the people from Santa Cruz del Sur to contribute with the defense of the country, and with the development and the implementation of the new economy policy being applied in Cuba.

One of the work objectives of the CDR is related to the fulfilment of the guard duty, a much debated topic in the rendition of account’s assemblies, which directly has an impact on the elimination of vulnerabilities provided by the crimes.

With these and some other actions, the CDR in Southern Camagüey prepare to celebrate a new anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, willing to begin 2012 with new goals and projects in order to improve the work of the organization. (Hugo Betancourt Mayoral/ Radio Santa Cruz)
