More than 60 Films to Compete in Margarita Film Festival
Caracas, Sept 29. -The 4th Latin American and Caribbean Film Festival Margarita 2011 to take place in Venezuela from October 6 to 13, will present 67 films from the region, confirmed the director of the festival, Victor Luckert.The festival is marked by its breadth in terms of materials and participation, according to Luckert, who is also the president also Amazonia Films.
More than a dozen countries will bring films to the festival that will have Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Panama as guest countries, as it was announced Wednesday.
Regarding the awards, Luckert announced that in addition to the categories considered by the jury, the population will vote to decide the winning film.
