Guatemalan Vice President to Ecuador
Guatemala, Sep 14. -Guatemalan Vice President Rafael Espada has announced his next trip to Ecuador where he will sign an agreement to benefit disabled people.Espada is scheduled to stay in Ecuador from September 19 to 21 in order to sign the cooperation agreement, which is also aimed at supporting the Secretariat of the Disabled Council of this Central American nation.
In a statement to Prensa Latina in this capital before an official visit to Havana early this year, the vice president expressed the efficiency of the program implemented in Ecuador, with the Cuban collaboration, among disabled people.
Ecuadorian vice president Lenin Moreno visited Guatemala in May, where he could see the progress in the integration of a policy for disabled people between both nations. (Prensa Latina)
