Prime Minister of Antigua & Barbuda Visits Cuba
Havana, May 23. -Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Winston Baldwin Spencer arrived in Cuba on Monday for an official visit.
During his stay in Cuba, Spencer, who is also Minister of Foreign Affairs, expects to meet with Cuban President Raul Castro and carry out other activities.
Spencer was born on October 8, 1948, is married and has two children.
He has been first vice president and general secretary of the Workers Union of Antigua and Barbuda.
He was elected Prime Minister in 2004, and re-elected for a second term five years later. (Prensa Latina)
