Nobel Prize calls Obama to change US policy toward Latin AmericQuito, Oct 11. -The Nobel Peace Prize Adolfo Perez Esquivel warned here that the U.S. always acts in one form or another in the coups in Latin America, and called the U.S. president, Barack Obama, to change its regional policy.

"You have to be clear, because in Hoduras occurred coup attempt and unfortunately this phenomenon keeps repeating," Perez Esquivel warned.
