Emerging Countries Eyeball Cooperation  Brasilia, Apr 15. -The Presidents of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, and South Africa, Jacob Zuma, as well as Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be discussing cooperation among them and with other nations, during a meeting Thursday in that city.

The Itamaraty Palace houses the fourth Summit of the Dialogue Forum among India, Brazil, and South Africa (IBAS), the leading emerging economies nowadays.

Other meetings were held prior to the IBAS summit, where business prospects and concern over food and energy safety, among other issues, were analyzed.

In the meantime, female ministers of State attending the third IBAS Women's Forum centered debates on violence and effects of the world economic crisis on the life of women in their respective nations.(Prensa Latina)
