Prominent students received Catorce de Junio award

 
Santa Cruz del Sur, Jun 15. –Prominent students from primary and secondary schools in Southern Camaguey received this Tuesday the Catorce de Junio( June 14th) distinction, acknowledgment granted by the José Martí Young Pioneers’ Organization.

The recognition was held in the very academic institutions during special morning meetings that paid tribute to Antonio Maceo and Ernesto Che Guevara, marking new anniversaries of their birthdays.

The Catorce de Junio distinction joins its counterpart 28 de Enero and Cuatro de Abril, important awards remembering the figure of the National Hero and the anniversary of the José Martí Young Pioneers’ Organization.
