Paris, Apr 12. -The 13th Brazilian Film Festival will take place May 4-17 in Paris with numerous documentaries and feature films and a tribute to Nelson Pereira Dos Santos.
The film "Rio, Zona Norte" will be exhibited at the opening of the festival at the Nouveau Latina movie theater in Paris with the presence of director Pereira Dos Santos, one of the founders of Brazilian Cinema Novo.
The festival includes a contest, and is a major opportunity to exchange with Brazilian filmmakers, producers and actors, said event spokeswoman Isablelle Buron.
All the details concerning the film festival in Paris will be published next week by the event's director, Katia Adler, and by the cultural representative of the Latin Union, Lisa Ginzburg. (Prensa Latina)
