Montevideo, Nov 18. -The seminar "50 Years of Integration: Processes and World Policy", organized by the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI), ends Wednesday with presentations on Asian and European relations with Latin America.
The event aims to promote exchange and high-level debate on the advance of different unity plans in the region, and in Europe, Asia and Africa, according to the General Secretariat.
The seminar was held during the 50th anniversary celebration of the ALALC-ALADI process of integration and the 30th anniversary of the Montevideo Treaty.
The organization, created on August 12, 1980, and based in this capital, comprises 12 states: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. (Prensa Latina)
