Oslo, Jul 22. -Norwegian authorities confirmed Friday that at least seven people died after a car bomb went off, injuring dozens and damaging government buildings in downtown Oslo.According to the NTB news agency, the explosion took place at 13:20 hours local time, breaking windows in the offices of Prime Minister Jens Stolenberg, who came out unhurt. Two of the injured are seriously wounded.
Police evacuated the area and were searching for other explosive artefacts, and firefighters were able to control a fire that broke out after the explosion, which unleashed panic across the city. (Prensa Latina)
