Havana, March 2. -Cuban President Raul Castro met with Timor-Leste Prime Minister and Defense Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, who concluded an official visit to Cuba, describiing it as unforgettable.
During the meeting, Raul Castro and Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão talked about the good state of bilateral relations between the governments and peoples, chiefly in public health and education, apart from discussing the current international situation. Gusmão was accompanied by Timorese Ambassador Egidio de Jesus, and the Cuban side was also represented by Interim Foreign Minister Marcelino Medina, the Cuban national news program reported.
