Cuban Clinical Trial Center to Present New Corporate Identity
Havana, Dec 7. -The National Coordinating Center of Clinical Trials (CENCEC) will present a new corporate identity at the 5th International Workshop on Designing and Conducting Clinical Trials that begins Wednesday in this capital.The objective of this institution, which celebrated its 20th anniversary on December 1, is to ensure the clinical assessment required for registration and marketing of medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological products.
The CENCEC also performs therapeutic evaluations to solve health problems of the population.
The first session of the international event will include keynote speeches like Biotechnology and New Paradigms for Clinical Research, and also clinical trials such as the Impact on Biotechnology and Public Health.
An exhibition fair will also be inaugurated in which research centers and specialized firms will present their results, materials, equipment and literature related to the event's issues.
The 5th International Workshop on Designing and Conducting Clinical Trials will promote interchange between national and foreign experts that set the global agenda in the organization of clinical trials. (Prensa Latina)
