One Million Tickets for Sale to Attend 2011 Pan Am Games

Guadalajara, Mexico, Apr 8. -One million tickets will be sold from next May 13 to attend the Pan American Games Guadalajara 2011 to take palce next October.

The tickets will cover the 400 disciplines of the program and will cost between 10 and 45 USD, the marketing and commercial manager of the Pan American Games Organizing Committee, COPAG, announced.

The announcement was made before a meeting that will be held next April 11-12, which will gather representatives of the 42 Olympic Committees of the continent. They will have an opportunity to visit the Pan American villa.

During that meeting joint technical decisions will be made in terms of logistics, lodging and other topics that are of interest to member nations of the Pan American Sports Organization.

Copag added that it has prepared a detailed information pack for the delegates, including characteristics of the village and municipalities where other venues are located, as well as other topics related to the opening and closing ceremonies, scheduled to take place in Omnilife modern stadium.
