Association of Combatants in Southern Camaguey held informative meeting

Santa Cruz del Sur, Dec 17. –The directives and a Group of presidents of several grass-root organizations of the Local Association of Combatants of the Cuban Revolution (ACRC) held an encounter with the main leaders of the Local Communist Party, The Youth Communist League (UJC), and the Government in this Municipality, in order to carry out an informative meeting where it was announced the results of all the work developed in the current year.

Ernesto Navaja Ramos, President of the (ACRC) revealed the content of the central report, where it is reflected the support given to the sick people of that organization and the handing over of construction resources to those who have required them.

During this period there were developed several full meetings on Health and Education, aimed to strengthen the politic and ideological labour and to protect the resources of such sectors, counteracting social indiscipline and crimes in any of its variants.

A great amount of grass-root associations was stimulated, taking into account their profitable work through these 12 months.
