Integration is the Best Alternative for Latin America, says Venezuelan Ambassador
Camagüey, April 7. -The integration is the alternative Latin America should adopt to improve the living conditions of our people, said Venezuelan Ambassador to Cuba Ronald Blanco La Cruz, who is on an official visit to the eastern province of Camaguey.
The Venezuelan diplomat noted that it is pleasing to learn of the possibilities of cooperation between our countries, within the framework of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas (ALBA).
Blanco La Cruz checked how the bilateral projects have been carried out in Camaguey, and visited companies financed by the ALBA Bank.
In addition, he held a meeting with nearly one hundred young fellow country people who are taking courses at “José Martí“ Pedagogical University and at “Carlos J. Finlay“ Medical Sciences School in Camaguey.
The Venezuelan Ambassador also thanked Cuba for its solidarity and generosity, and for the support this island gives to the Bolivarian Revolution .
“This is the way, to help, to support each other; this is the best thing we can do. Unlike making war, we encourage integration, in which we complement each other. This is what I have seen in Camagüey”, stressed the diplomat.
Finally, Blanco La Cruz said that what Simón Bolívar and José Martí dreamed of for Latin America is to see each other like brothers, like patriots of a big nation, and to be supportive, because united we will build up Bolivar's and Marti's dreams. Crystallizing such a dream is our responsibility.
Diplomat Franklin López Ruza, who is in charge of the Cooperation with Camagüey, told press that the projects favoring directly this province are mainly focused on sectors such as industry and agriculture. (Bárbara Suárez Ávalos/ Collaborator of Radio Cadena Agramonte).
