Two Santa Cruz del Sur born sport people in Guadalajara 2011

Maritza Toledo Soca and Karel Aguilar Chacón, are the two Santa Cruz Del Sur born sport people integrating the Cuban delegation participating in the XVI Pan-American Games 2011, with Guadalajara, Mexico, as the venue.Karel will defend the colours of the Cuban Flag in the C-2 500 meters, and in the C-2 1000 meters discipline, along with his partner Serguey Torres Madrigal, the Cuban couple is considered one of the favourite ones to win the gold medal.

Maritza is part of the female softball team, with a great responsibility since she is the fourth batter, and the Cuban team expects to finish among the best three ones in the tournament, which will be played in several Mexican stadiums.
