Santa Cruz del Sur, Apr 30. –Santa Cruz del Sur was the venue of the VI Provincial Encounter on Food Commercial Techniques on Friday, where the main objective was to evaluate the quality, the presence, the variety, and the decoration of the products offered by the enterprises of several municipalities.
According to René Cruz González, organizer of the event, Director of the Local Establishment of Acopio ( Food Collector), five outlets were prepared, such as, 50th Anniversary, El melon, El Tamarindo, El Rabanito and El Mango.
René Cruz added that every outlet represented a municipality, where each of them had to show the variety of products commercialized in those places.
Municipalities like Najasa, Florida, Sierra de Cuvitas, Camaguey, and Vertientes were some of the contestants of the event.
It was a timely moment to develop the Provincial Board of Directors meeting, with the directors of each territory, where the work of the so historic month of April was revised.
