Santa Cruz del Sur to increase amount of fruit and timber trees

Santa Cruz del Sur, Oct 28. –With more than 65  seed’s kilograms of different types of fruit and timber trees, workers from the Forest Enterprise in  Santa Cruz del Sur work hard to increase the wooded area of the territory.

Fruit tree’s seeds like Tamarind, Mango, Grapes, Lemon, Orange, Marañon, among other species, besides from timber trees like Mahogany, Pine, Carob, Cedar, and guásima.

The seeds gathering process is a vital activity developed by the workers from the Forest Enterprise, which allows to guarantee the conservation and increase of the plant varieties, and this permits a greater plant diversity in the rural areas of Santa Cruz del Sur.
