Japan: Over 14,600 Killed by Earthquake

Tokyo, Apr 29. -The death toll of the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunami that devastated the North Eastern regions of Japan, raised to 14,600 and 11,111 missing people, according to the National Police report.

Meanwhile, the number of dead rose to 8,793 in the prefecture of Miyagi and in Iwate to 4,283.
