Fishermen from Southern Camaguey plan successful lobster catch

Santa Cruz del Sur, May 13. –From July 15th on, workers from the Algérico Lara Fishing Industry, in Santa Cruz del Sur, plan to begin the lobster catch, species known as Caribbean Queen, with better results than in previous stages.

For the first time, after the Paloma Hurricane, there are better working conditions and an improvement in the lobster fishing area, which will influence on the work quality in this new catch stage.

Throughout March, some difficulties hampered the mercantile productions, but in April the situation was reverted and before finishing that period, the staff could reach a 101 percent in this sense. (Yamile Agrenot Castillo / Radio Santa Cruz)
