11 Havana, Dec 14. -Uruguayan national television ratified Uruguayan soccer player Diego Forlan as the best athlete of 2010 in Latin America and the Caribbean, according to a Prensa Latina poll. Uruguayan TV did not hesitate to choose the soccer player, who played a decisive role in his team winning fourth place at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South
