2 Havana, Jun 13 . – Cuba's Council of State on Wednesday announced two changes in the government, Granma newspaper reported. According to the official note, the Council of State relieved Medardo Diaz Toledo from the post of Minister of Informatics and Communications and appointed engineer Maimir Mesa Ramos, current first deputy minister of the mentioned ministry.
