Israel, USA, Canada Isolated in Middle East IssuesUnited Nations, Nov 11. – Israel, the United States and Canada are again on Friday isolated at the United Nations, after voting against many draft resolutions related to the Middle East and Palestine.

The discussion of those proposals took place on Thursday during the 4th UN Commission, proving a strong rapproachement of the new Haitian government with regards to Washington's and Tel Aviv's stances.

Panama's change in three of the nine initiatives approved by this international organization drew the attention of the meeting.

As expected, Israel voted against all documents, while the United States and Canada joined to Tel Aviv in seven of nine texts that will be submitted to the General Assembly for consideration.

The texts that were voted on ranged from the situation of Palestinian refugees in the Near East to the return of those displaced to their places of origin, and the redemption of properties and their revenues.(Prensa Latina)
