Havana, Apr 14. -A photographic look back at the first astronaut in the world may now be enjoyed by Cubans and tourists at Havana's Museum of Natural History.
The exhibit Vamonos, 50 Years after Humanity's First Flight into Space, opened Tuesday with the presence of Russian Ambassador Mikhail Kamynin and celebrates Soviet astronaut Yuri Gagarin.
Provided by the Ria Novosti news agency, the photos show different moments of Gagarin's career and his ties with leaders of the Cuban Revolution.
Gagarin was the first president of the former Cuba-Soviet Union Friendship Society, along with legendary revolutionary and guerrilla leader Ernesto Che Guevara.
