Tropical Storm Richard Moves through the CaribbeanHavana, Oct 23. -Tropical Storm Richard was moving slowly through the Caribbean Sea as it headed toward the coasts of Honduras and Nicaragua, the Cuban Meteorology Institute (Insmet) reported.

In the next 24-48 hours, the storm could intensify and become more organized as it gradually moves to the west on Saturday with increased speed, and it is likely to become a hurricane over the weekend, Insmet predicted.
