Students from South Camaguey will pay tribute to Barbados MartyrsSanta Cruz del Sur, Oct 6. –Students from Camilo Cienfuegos Junior High School in Santa Cruz del Sur are going to pay tribute today to the Martyrs of  Barbados in commemoration of another anniversary of the cruel event planned by Posada Carriles and carried out by men led by the CIA, who made a bomb explode in an airplane of Cubana de Aviación. 

Teachers and students will debate the text “Pusimos la bomba, ¿y qué?”, by the Venezuelan journalist Alicia Herrera, a work dealing with the subject and sets out statements by the hearless terrorists and their main accomplice, Central Intelligence Agency of the Unites States.

The book narrates the Hernán Ricardo's coldness, one of Posada Carriles's men, stating in front of some soldiers and and one officer, that they had been the authors of such an abominable crime.

Today, students from southern Camaguey will claim for justice once again, through the encounter, to glorify the memory of the joung sports-people, flying back, as Winners, to this island where peace was reached in 1959. .  (Yamilé Agrenot Castillo / Radio Santa Cruz)
