Legality reinforced in Southern Camaguey

Santa Cruz del Sur, Jun 10. –Twenty students received their Graduation Diplomas as part of the activities carried out to commemorate the Jurists Day.

From June 1st until June 8th many activities have been carried out as a commemoration to that Date, which concluded with a local ceremony where the newly-graduated proudly received their diplomas.

The new Journalists come from the local university, an institution offering this major since its opening in 2002.

Only 12 students initiated this degree course, 10 social workers and 2 Youth Communist League Leaders. And nowadays there are more than 200 students aspiring to get the same diploma.

After receiving the diplomas, Xiomara Batueca Manso, one of the newly-graduated, raised her voice in the name of the graduates, and read the ethic code of the jurists. (Yanayma Rodríguez Molina / Radio Santa Cruz)
